The government have declared some you stateless if you do not produce the new ID by 15th February, 2015.
This was made clear, that sate by Mr. Anyonzi Buti the Gulu region Spokesperson in Gulu.
"I am afraid that if they don't have ID by 15h February, the same law' I am afraid will affect anybody on remand including those on remand.
I am particularly concerned about Oterma's family interests will be affected.
My advise to all is "YOU SNEAK IN AND BE REGISTERED."
