​There however Merits and demerits in Federalism. Federalism may not operate in every situation. it must be dimensioned with focus to hit at the correct target. In Uganda, in Uganda our rich Diversity demand for a order. The federal principle demand that state power be constitutionally divided between the center and the regions. This is correct however, the challenge is that ounce search power have been devolved on to the regions they must be democratically competed for by all . short of such a focus could cause chaos.

There is a need to find funds to back up the federal initiative .The decentralization arrangement was funded by the World Bank. Federalism needn't be funded by the World Bank BECAUSE MANY EXISTING REGIONS ARE VIABLE POLITICALLY AND ECONOMICALLY
