Greetings to you all. I want to thank you for the support you have given me over the last 20 months since I took Command of the Headquarters & Headquarters Company (HHC), 377TH Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) here in New Orleans, LA. It has been an enriching experience and it is now time to move on.
The purpose of this message is to invite you to attend my change of Command ceremony that will take place on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 1300 Hrs (1:00PM) Central Standard Time, here in New Orleans, LA. Plan to arrive ONE hour early to go through the security.

Those who wish to fly in the Airport is Louis Armstrong, New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Please RSVP either to the email frank.m.musisi.mil@mail.mil or my civilian email: najjuma@hotmail.com or text on the phone so that I can plan and clear you through the security at the base (Minimum 7 days (August 16) prior the event).
I will be delighted to see you on this wonderful day in my military career.
Dress Code: I will be happy to see you in your traditional African Attire to make the event more colorful if you have one, thank you.
Special Instruction: Hotels: Nearby towns: Gretna and Harvey are within 10 minutes of driving, downtown New Orleans is 30 minutes drive from the base. It is on a Naval Air Station with tight security. If you are driving make sure you have valid license, registration and insurance, and all others in the vehicle must have a valid government issued ID. Retired Military personnel or Military Members with a VALID Common Access Card (CAC), your CAC card is all you need to get to the base.
