{UAH} SOME OBSERVATIONS:

1.The more you read the Quran and understand it, the more humble and understanding you become. If you ever feel upset, open the Quran and read for a few minutes. You will feel 'wow'!

2.Witchcraft(voodoo) is embedded in the veins of most Africans. The Rebecca Kadaga voodoo supporters(some surprisingly educated) taught me a lesson last week: Rich, educated, poor, politicians, businessmen, doctors,....all do voodoo. Their defense is summarized in three questions:1-'Where was Christianity or Islam during the era of our great grandfathers?', 2-'Do you think that our great grandfathers didn't know God at that time?' and 3-'who told you that Christianity and Islam are the religions from God?'........One thing I know for sure is that voodoo divides families and communities. If I had power, I would ban it!

3. Some people are pretending to be in opposition during the day when at night are with president Museveni having a cup of tea. Untrustworthy politicians are like open books without words. Anyone can write in them!

4. A lot of people in Uganda would rather be given money as a gift than anything else.1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.Wealth tends to create enemies.

5. Social media is a big issue in the security circles in Uganda simply because its not easy to shut down. Every time the govt shuts it down, there's an ambassador breathing down on their necks, and it costs them a fortune to compensate the big companies.

6. Dictators in Africa thrive on mostly disunity among their opponents. "If people come together, they can even mend a crack in the sky." ~ Somali Proverb

Have fun and wish you all a rewarding Ramandan!
