{UAH} A VERY BAD ACCIDENT IN RWANDA

We are getting information about a major accident in Rwanda, it happened in Gitoki sector, Gatsibo district yesterday. And among the deceased we are listing a Major John Rugerindinda of the Rwanda armed services.  Again an accident happened in Gatsibo district and Major John Rugerindinda is among the dead.
