{UAH} Buganda kingdom collected taxes from Lost Counties.Joseph Kazairwe was jailed five years for refusing to pay taxes to Buganda

Dear Ahmed Kateregga,

You say Buganda kingdom was not collecting taxes from the Lost Counties. But Joseph Mujoobe Kazairwe was jailed for five years by Buganda Government Principal Judge Kafeero  in 1961.when he mobilised Banyoro and stopped them from paying taxes to Buganda kingdom.
