{UAH} Uganda: The irony of happy foreigners and Sulking citizens

Even on a blue Monday Costa Ricans find time to smile and laugh being the most cheerful

miserable Ugandans

country on earth according to happyplanetindex.com released last summer It ranks 140 destinations according to " what matters most sustainable wellbeing for all"

Here GDP is not that important and what matters is "how well nations are doing at achieving long happy ,sustainable lives" After the results were tallied Costa Rica came top ahead of Mexico and Colombia. Mexico comes second ,Columbia, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Panama etc.

At the bottom 20 of the alternative #happyindexreport Uganda comes 12th from bottom and

crying Ugandans

looking around at vultures and vampires in government it can't be more than true to sulking citizens. Ironically Uganda has been rated Africa's most destination for foreigners (both experts and business men!!)

The latest rankings by #InterNations the world's largest network of people living abroad put Uganda at the top no 12 globally and first in Africe. Only Kenya came alongside in the top 15 The company asked 14300 people living overseas representing 174 countries living in 191 countries or territories to rate 43 different aspects of life abroad on a scale of 1-7

These were about lives abroad the best places for their children, where housing was cheapest etc Now my question IS UGANDA FOR US ALL or FOREIGNERS???
