{UAH} What is your war ?
BY HALIMA KIBERU VIA UAH FACEBOOK
The system of mediocre whereby only 10% of Ugandans controlling a nation of 40 million people, of which 80% is considered from western Uganda, IS UNACCEPTABLE.
What is your war ? Your war is not about what is the next best Ferrari you can't even be given a chance to manufacture the piston of that Ferrari.
- Your war is to take seeds and do plantation, feed people of your own region and order that Ferrari.
- Your war is to breed cattles, cross breed etc and feed your people.
- Your war is to take a land and turn it into forest, turn the soil upside down and control your own food.
- Your war is to turn forums such as Ugandans At Heart(UAH) into a brand, not just a brand but an international brand so that you can be invited in USA Congress to enjoy the red carpets because you are a game changer.
- Your war is to control your herbs, package them, brand them and export them.
- Your war is design your African clothes, brand your chain stores and sell at a good price then you will be invited to Paris fashion show.
- Your war is use mathematics to calculate the symmetry and proportionality to design a system to manufacture uKhamba and sell at in the international markets.
- Your war is to understand your indigenous people of Africa and turn them into capitalists with their skills and talents.
- Your war is to use fight for rights of all Ugandans such that Bobi Wine's torturers, and those that have tortured and killed Ugandans over the years, could be arrested to face justice
- Use your mathematics to calculate the symmetry and proportionality to design and manufacture chairs from our indigenous trees.
- Use your education to help Basoga come out of poverty, ang give them an alternative crop to grow other than sugarcane
I'm no longer worried about what is the next BMW but how can I develop technology to exploit my indigenous knowledge to empower myself and advance my country.
