{UAH} IS BESIGYE RIGHT?

Dr Kiiza Besigye on NBS: "We have food to give out to those in need but we are not going to take it to Task Force or any Minister to steal it. We have seen them frauding food. Whoever wants food should come to us, there alot of vehicles just get clearance and come pick the food. But we are not ready to give it to any Minister."
