{UAH} Did Donald Trump do well in the first presidential debate?

His supporters are thrilled.

The Proud Boys are already celebrating using the hashtag #standback standby

His people would not be moved.

Everyone else?

Before the debate, 56% of people thought Biden would win, 43% thought Trump would.

The same group after the debate thought Biden won. Only 28% of that group think Trump did.

Most people thought Biden was attacking fairly.

Most people thought Trump was… not.

Bottom line , this debate was a shitshow, but for the most part it was a shitshow because of Trump's behavior.

Now if you want to know who won or lost a debate the question you ask is who did the debate make you more likely to vote for?

Here is the answer. In all my years following politics, I have NEVER seen a number as Low as Trump's for this question, for this debate.

NEVER.

This debate did nothing to hurt Biden.

It HURT Trump. And Biden didn't hurt him. Trump hurt himself BADLY tonight
