{UAH} Muwanga deserves a lot of respect

The 1980 elections were held under the 1967 Constitution. By the way, we need to commend the Military Commission which transferred power peacefully to a Civillian Government, led by a person who was not the leader of the Military Commission. Paul Muwanga deserves a lot of respect for doing what others have not done..ie to transfer political power peacefully

No other election has ever transferred political power in Uganda. All elections have just consolidated political power
